To Whom It May Concern;

YEA is a great organization, and Linda is an excellent coach. She is very knowledgeable about Scottish heavy athletics, and is both safety conscious and very adaptable.

During the lockdowns she was able to run months worth of online training that allowed YEA athletes to not only continue training, but continually improve their skills under her instruction.

When restrictions loosened and we were able to meet in person to practice, she was extremely diligent about enforcing masking and social distancing protocols for in person training.

YEA has been a great experience for me as an athlete, and I'm able to continually improve my skills and fitness in a safe and supportive environment.
